The next big Fairview announcement to make the news (Dallas Morning News,\u00a0Bisnow<\/em>) in recent months is the major mixed-use project that\u00a0Billingsley Co.\u00a0has planned for the southeast corner of two major Collin County highways, North Central Expressway and State Highway 121. The tract is just north of Fairview Town Center and south of\u00a0Collin College\u00a0and\u00a0Medical City McKinney.
